My dog Wendla gets groomed here regularly. Our appointment was 10AM last Thursday, July 20, 2023, but the groomer was late by 15 minutes, the grace period understandably. But that's OK because Wendla comes out really clean after. So all's good. Plus the prices here are reasonable. Thank you, Justin.
Unprofessional staff, not following scheduled time, The staff was on break on our scheduled time. What's the point of setting an appointment??
No consideration for our cat's well being. They keep bringing dogs inside while they're grooming him. He was so stressed. They weren't able to remove our cat's matted fur. They did not return our cat's collar as well.
Very good pet supplier. They have a wide variety of pet supplies ranging from food and vitamins to beddings and toy. They also have a grooming center in store, which is very convenient. The store is well lit and has attentive staff
3rd time I have visited the store for our fury frends grooming, and as always we are satisfied with their works , five star to their groomers Ang galing nilang lahat and almost all staff in the store are freindly en always smiling. I recommend that you try it .
Good selection of food and meds for cats but guys, don't just leave your cats for grooming. Just saw a very agitated cat getting groomed and the groomer had very little patience for soothing it or giving any accommodations to it. The poor kitty was getting aggressive out of desperation.
Friendly staff and well-equipped facility for grooming but sometimes have to wait even at the appointment schedule.
Unprofessional Groomers who are rough. I am very disappointed, this was the first time I experienced something like this with a groomer, i regret trusting our pets with them. Please dont open a grooming station if the staffs are not trained well for it.
The lady in- charged named Jessa is not friendly and does not know d products knowledge very well too!!!!
